Reports reaching us from Oko Omi, Iju area of Ota, Ogun State, reveal a deeply disturbing situation.

On Saturday, a young boy sent to buy cow skin (pomo) in the morning was later found dead around 6pm, with stab wounds on his neck and chest, hidden inside an uncompleted building.

Just last night, at Iyana Iyesi, another case occurred — a man was kidnapped right after his generator went off. When he stepped out to check, unknown men abducted him.

This has caused panic and unrest within the communities of Iyana Iyesi and Oko Omi. Local security teams have since mobilized into the bush and surrounding areas in search of the missing man.

👉 All schools in the environment were forced to release their students today, and parents rushed to pick them up themselves.
