 EFCC Raids Hotel in Obasanjo Presidential Library, Arrests 93 Suspected Internet Fr@udsters in Abeokuta.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has apprehended 93 suspected internet fra¥dsters in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The operation took place at Green Legacy Hotel, situated within the premises of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library. EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, confirmed the arrests in a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja.

According to Oyewale, the sting operation followed credible intelligence linking the suspects to c¥bercrime activities. During the raid, operatives recovered 18 vehicles and several mobile devices from the scene.

He added that the suspects would be charged to court once investigations are completed.
