The PALACIO DE OKEOWO is a private residence located in Ikoyi, Lagos, owned by ljebu-born billionaire Dr. Clem Olu Okeowo. Built in the style of the French Château De Versailles, the mansion sits on 5 acres of waterfront land between Park View and Banana Island Estates. It features 16 luxury suites, each with modern apartment amenities, and stands three floors high.

The residence is equipped with indoor swimming pools, cinemas, club rooms, and a sports arena with squash, lawn tennis, and volleyball courts. To accommodate a chapel, large swimming pool, and jetty, an additional 5,000sqm of sea was reclaimed for $3 million.

The construction of this opulent mansion took 11 months and, according to Ovation Magazine, cost $12 million for building, finishing, and furnishing. The organ in the chapel alone is reported to have cost almost N100 million. Dr. Okeowo, Chairman of Gibraltar Constructions Ltd, is a major player in Nigeria's real estate industry. He and his brother have constructed many notable estates, including those in Banana Island, Park View, and the Lekki corridor. In addition to real estate, Dr. Okeowo's business interests span steel rolling, foundering, and shipping services.
